George Williams Consulting Ltd helps commercial business and public sector organisations to move through change - in their internal and external operational processes - to arrive at a stable set of new processes and procedures.
Typical examples would be procurement and implementation of IT solutions and services, or outsourcing of business / IT processes.
We are set up to contract direct with clients, or through contract placement agencies.
We are also able to help you to resolve your Credit Management issues to improve your Cash Flow.

We provide strategic and operational advice and management consultancy services to both public and private sector clients, and offer interim IT Director and IT Managerial cover. We will also manage software design and development teams.
George Williams is a Chartered IT Professional Member of the British Computer Society, and has been qualified over 20 years. He has spent most of his working life in both the public and private sector, and has held a senior post with one of the "Big 6" consultancy/accountancy companies.
George trained as a systems analyst in local government, before joining PWC as a management consultant in the late 80s. George´s industry experience ranges from public sector clients in Health, Housing, Councils, Education, Transport and Defence to private sector clients in Banking, Chemicals, Drinks Distribution, and small owner managed businesses. He has selected and implemented many sales and financial application packages for clients.
